I am a Being under construction daily.
“We are started and we are not finished” - using a very old saying that my maternal grandmother, after whom I was named, used to say.
I was born in spring, when everything is reborn in nature, I am a Pisces. I am the daughter of two beings who, in addition to giving me life, taught me a lot, and guided me to where I am today. I am the wife/companion of someone who has been walking “the path” with me, I am a mother and a passionate grandmother.
In 2008/2009, after a very intense and challenging process in my life, I descended into my inner “hell”. At that time I felt the need to look for something that would bring me light, or something that would fill my soul, and that's when I started a long journey, which wasn't always easy, but I'm living proof that when you want, everything is possible. They say that a therapist can only take a client to “visit” his hell, when he (therapist) knows the way there and back.
"When I lived in South Africa, someone told me about the longest road in Africa. It wasn't the road that went from Cairo to Capetown, it's the road from your head to your heart, and from there to the here and now."

The constellation has allowed me to “see” beyond what my eyes can reach. Opening myself to feeling, we understand that we have arrived “home” and in that moment, not only are we in a safe place, but we feel the love that unites us all and, in the end, we are truly loved. It is an honor to be part of this journey.

I joined them in 2009 and since then they have never ceased to fascinate me for their incisive ability to go straight to key issues, without beating around the bush, without false moralisms that are impractical for our daily lives; as well as the affective support they give us, the understanding of human beings and their dynamics.
Without a doubt, I recommend anyone to try it at least once in their lives and you will certainly not be disappointed. Bet on yourselves and discover a whole new world within yourselves.

Family Constellations are nowadays part of my life, they have brought a great deal of learning, state of consciousness and vision towards a better behavioral understanding of others around me, with whom I deal, family and friends.
I would like to thank my trainer and friend Teresa Meneses who, over the last 4 years, opened the doors to this great therapy for me and believed in my potential, giving me the tools so that I can walk better, always available, dedicating herself completely to this therapy from the heart.
